PS... roasted some PNG Pea Berry and Decaf Ethiopian looking forward to trying them soon as I drink my Peru la Floridia.
The challenge of it was that during the roast my watch went dead and I could not leave the roasts, so I had to fly blind. The smell, sound and look of the roast seem to be all right, but as we all know the proof is in the cup... we will see.
